Request a Vote-by-Mail ballot
Select your election authority (either your county or your city, if available) from the drop-down list. If your election authority has an online vote-by-mail application, you will be directed to their website. Otherwise you will be directed to Vote.org, where you can generate your paper Vote-by-Mail application along with the address to mail it in.
