Springfield, IL – Starting today, the Democratic Party of Illinois is launching a multi-platform digital ad campaign highlighting the three Illinois members of Congress who voted in support of Donald Trump’s budget bill that would gut health care and food assistance for their very constituents: U.S. Representatives Mike Bost (IL-12), Mary Miller (IL-15) and Darin LaHood (IL-16).

“When Mike Bost, Mary Miller, and Darin LaHood voted in favor of a dangerous, billionaire-first budget, we moved fast—launching a set of rapid-response ads to hold them accountable in their own districts,” said DPI Chair Lisa Hernandez. “Our message is simple: fewer doctors, longer drives, and more families left behind. They made their choice. Now, Illinoisans are paying the price.”

Through Tuesday, June 3rd, the digital campaign will run across Facebook and Instagram, and is expected to reach 1.5 million Illinoisans in the 12th, 15th and 16th congressional districts.
